Nate Bargatze is back with another Netflix special.
The Grammy-winning comedian will debut his fourth stand-up hour for the streamer, titled “Good for Nathan,” on Nov. 24. “The beloved master of the deadpan story is back,” per the logline, “this time questioning fitness tractors, smart stoves, the brilliance of food delivery and much more.”
Bargatze filmed the special in Fort Worth, Texas, with director Ryan Polito. The Tennessee-born comic performed the same set as part of this year’s Netflix Is a Joke Festival, which took place in May in Los Angeles.
The special also arrives a few months after Bargatze broke the Guinness World Record for most tickets sold for a stand-up comedy tour. The record was previously held by Jeff Dunham.
Thanks to his clean, deadpan brand of comedy that resonates across generations, Bargatze is currently the highest-earning comedian in the world. His Big Dumb Eyes Tour sold 2,045,040 tickets in about a year and a half.
Bargatze hosted the Emmy Awards on CBS in 2025, and he hosts the ABC comedy game show “The Greatest Average American.” He has become a fan-favorite host of “Saturday Night Live,” and he also graced the big screen earlier this year with the family-friendly theatrical comedy “The Breadwinner,” in which he starred opposite Mandy Moore, Colin Jost, Will Forte and Kumail Nanjiani.
Bargatze was named one of Variety‘s 10 Comics to Watch in 2015. His previous stand-up specials include “Full Time Magic” (2015) for Comedy Central, “Hello World” (2023) for Amazon Prime Video and, for Netflix, 2019’s “The Tennessee Kid,” 2021’s “The Greatest Average American” and 2024’s “Your Friend, Nate Bargatze.”
Bargatze executive produces “Good for Nathan” with Alex Murray, Tim Sarkes and John Irwin. The comedian’s Nateland Entertainment banner is the production company.
