Rigby is allergic to eggs and ends up in a coma. While in the ambulance, Rigby tells Mordecai, "I thought if I ate really fast, maybe I wouldn't notice."

On February 6th, 2026, Redditor u/Old_Phrase_4867 posted a meme based on the scene to the /r/whowouldcirclejerk subreddit where Flowey from Undertale replaces Mordecai and Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls replaces Rigby. Mordecai is subtitled, "Dude, you're weak to existence erasure!?" Flowey responds, "I thought if I statstomp hard enough maybe I wouldn't notice." The post gained over 1,100 upvotes in 12 days.
