Driving can be an emotionally charged experience for many people. If you're one of them, I get it; it can really get under your skin, but don't let it ruin your day. I remember the day I took my driver's license exam a few years ago. I was really nervous; I was 18. I had already passed the theory part, the signs, the rules, nailed it. No big deal. But then came the parking test. I had to park between two cones… That was the final boss. Just me, the car, two cones, and one dream: getting my driver's license. What could go wrong? Well, A LOT.
Let's just say it didn't go smoothly. I basically started the maneuver the wrong way, panicked a little, and the examiner was kind enough to let me reposition and try again. I guess he took pity on me. I probably looked like a deer in headlights.
