Origin

The original video was posted to Facebook by MC Simpson, an MC from Darlington, North East England, on August 12th, 2024, with the caption: "Dad b2b Son." The post has received 3.2 million views and 10,000 likes as of April 2026.

The boy and his father, later identified as MC SP80 and MC Speedy, respectively, became fixtures in the Newcastle Makina music scene. On March 21st, 2026, TikTok user @adclarko posted an interview of the father-son duo, though the post did not receive much attention on the platform.
