A third character watches them from the foreground. The caption roughly translates to "Chocolate making." The post received more than 8,000 likes in five days.
On the same day, the same X user uploaded a basic drawing as template in case other artists want to use it as redraw reference. The post received more than 30,000 reposts and 131,000 likes in five days.

The drawing became subject redraw by the artists on Twitter / X to drawing fan art of other characters doing the same. For example on February 19th, 2026, X user @kikiki_ya_ uploaded Genshin Impact fan art using @tacowasab_Brian's drawing as reference. The post received more than 3,100 reposts and 26,000 likes in five days.
On February 21st, 2026, X user @sw_chestnut uploaded Honkai Star Rail fan art using the similar reference. The post received more than 2,300 reposts and 20,000 likes in three days.
