In the promo, a scene where students at Riverdale High School experience a mass seizure is shown, The overhead narrator says, "There was a mass seizure at school." The video gained over 500,000 views in eight years.

In the context of the show, the students experience mass seizures after the water supply is spiked with a bad batch of a drug funded by Hiram Lodge, the character Veronica Lodge's dad and one of the show's primary antagonists.
