Netflix now offers more than 60 video podcasts on its service — and even though those aren’t breaking into the streamer’s most-viewed charts, the company is continuing to lean into the format.
On Tuesday, Netflix said it is renewing its entire original lineup of video podcasts for additional episodes. That includes true-crime show “Murder With My Husband”; talk show “The Pete Davidson Show” hosted by the “Saturday Night Live” alum; pop-culture interview show “Shut Up Evan” hosted by Evan Ross Katz; “The Puzzle Room With David Kwong”; and “Allegedly,” a true-crime podcast from NBC News correspondent Ellison Barber.
In addition, the company announced deals for new podcasts from comedian Katt Williams, who starred in his fourth Netflix stand-up special “The Last Report,” and Harlan Coben, the author behind crime thriller “I Will Find You,” one of Netflix’s popular series of all time. The shows from Williams and Coben will premiere on Netflix later in 2026.
Other Netflix exclusive video podcasts (available now or coming soon) include “The Rotten Files with Stephanie Soo,” “Wishbone Kitchen” with Meredith Hayden, “Last Trace With Kaelyn Moore” and “Couldn’t Agree Less with Allison & Isaac.” Netflix also is adding episodes of “The Pivot Podcast” and “Outlore with Eleanor Neale” next month.
“Podcasts are a way for members to get more of the genres, stories and personalities they love,” said Brandon Riegg, Netflix’s VP of nonfiction series. “No matter where or when you want to listen or watch, we have a curated selection of podcasts representing the best of true crime, sports, comedy, food and storytelling of every kind.”
Coben said in a statement provided by Netflix: “I’m excited to create my first original podcast with Netflix — they’ve been a wonderful partner in telling new stories. I’ve always been fascinated by plot twists, in fiction and in real life, especially the unexpected turns that change who we are. What’s the plot twist that formed you, surprised you, changed your life for the better — or even the worse? That’s a question I’m excited to explore together with a wide variety of guests, from writers and artists to entrepreneurs, actors, athletes, and everyday people with extraordinary stories. I’m looking forward to seeing where this next collaboration takes us.”
All that said, it’s relatively early in Netflix’s video-podcast push, which started in earnest at the start of 2026. Notably, the viewing numbers for its podcasts apparently were disappointing enough that Netflix didn’t break out podcast titles in its first-half 2026 viewing report.
Here are upcoming premiere dates for select Netflix original podcast titles:
- On Campus: Game of the Week (Sept. 4): The show goes inside a student’s life in the days leading up to game day. Each week, two new students will host the series, giving viewers an inside look at college life around game week, from school traditions to tailgates and everything in between. Every week will take place at a different college campus.
- Last Trace With Kaelyn Moore (Sept. 28): Every case leaves something behind: a grainy frame, a timestamp, a witness who swears they saw something. Last Trace is a weekly show that follows the record to the precise point where it goes cold, and asks what got missed the first time.
- Couldn’t Agree Less with Allison & Isaac (Oct. 22): Real-life couple Allison Kuch and Isaac Rochell invite viewers into their messiest, most honest disagreements — tackling everything from money and parenting to jealousy and in-laws through audience submissions, guest perspectives, and pop culture debates.
And here are premiere dates for two podcasts coming to Netflix next month:
- The Pivot Podcast (Sept. 8): Former NFL stars Ryan Clark, Fred Taylor and Channing Crowder host weekly sit-down conversations with A-list stars, delivering timely discussions on important topics.
- Outlore With Eleanor Neale (Sept. 27): British storyteller Eleanor Neale unpacks the world’s most compelling true-crime cases, while raising awareness and building a community around the stories that matter.
