HYBE Idol Criticized After Being Dubbed “Pretentious” In Recent Interview

KATSEYE‘s Lara has been hit with criticism for her actions in a recent interview.

KATSEYE recently did a video with LAD BIBLE.

During the interview, the members were asked if they would perform with the Spice Girls or Destiny’s Child.

Lara was one of the members who picked Destiny’s Child, and when asked about her favorite song, she hesitated for a second until both she and Sophia mentioned “Motions” at the same time, and Lara explained that they sang that track a lot.

Yet, one viral tweet labeled Lara “pretentious,” claiming she was trying to impress with her answer.

The tweet garnered a lot of attention and directed a lot of hate and criticism towards Lara.
