About
Chad Judge or Clavicular Mogged By Judge refers to footage of looksmaxxing streamer and influencer Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular or Clav, appearing in court for his sentencing following an earlier incident in which Peters allegedly shot a dead alligator on stream, a felony in the state of Florida. The footage quickly went viral as social media users, particularly those on X / Twitter, pointed out that the judge presiding over the sentencing, Judge Marcus Bach Armas, had "brutally mogged" Peters due to his Chad-like appearance.
Origin
In March 2026, a rumor circulated on X and other platforms stating that Clavicular had been arrested for shooting an alligator, a felony in the state (animal ab-se and unlawfully discharging a firearm in public). While the footage was real, no arrests or charges had yet been made for this particular incident. It was later alleged that the gator was dead before being shot.
In May 2026, Peters pleaded no contest in relation to the incident, taking a plea deal in which prosecutors required the streamer to complete 20 hours of community service with co-defendant Andrew Morales, known as Cuban Tarzan. Per Complex, Peters will not be able to stream any of the required community service and will also be tasked with completing a wildlife safety course from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
