On March 14th, 2026, TikToker @kabonaba posted a series of images of Yujiro with veins bursting out across his face. Each image zooms out to show Yujiro's veins eventually making up a galaxy or universe. The post gained over 60,000 views in two months and is the earliest known upload of the image.

On May 28th, X user @JusJazzinOut posted the original version of the meme, writing, "What do you mean this is a genuine frame and not an edit what could possibly have him like this 😭," garnering over 32,000 likes and 900 reposts in a day. The post inspired numerous edits in the comments.
