On January 16th, Instagram user ryalmeme posted a version of the meme with the caption, "mf doctors styding hard for 5 years just to say 'sorry' to patient's family," garnering over 1.2 million views in a month.
On February 17th, TikToker @brockweeb posted a video taking a selfie with someone, captioned, "When you're nervous for the runway but you remember that one pigeon doctor," then cutting to the meme, garnering over 1.2 million views in six days.
