Amazon’s October Prime Day is in full swing, with millions of deals site-wide through Oct. 7, but the retail giant isn’t the only place to score a discount on coveted products this week.
A number of retailers have launched shopping events of their own this week, to offer an alternative to Amazon’s clumsily-named “Prime Big Deal Days 2026.” While Amazon has the widest selection of products on sale, you can actually find larger discounts and exclusive items on other sites right now. Also worth noting: while Amazon saves it biggest discounts for Prime members, you don’t have to have a membership or subscription to shop the Amazon alternative deals below.
Whether you’re anti-Prime Day or looking for options beyond Bezos and co., here is an updating list of best sales to shop this week.
You’ll also find discounts on gaming consoles and video games, plus movie merch and physical media.
Head to Bloomingdale’s clearance section for new markdowns daily, including rare discounts on brands like AMI, Burberry, Maison Margiela, On, Versace and more. Plus, shop clearance items under $100 and under $50.
Deals include up to 40% off dress shirts, 30% off sport coats, 30% off shoes and up to 50% off casualwear (think sweaters and polos that should be your go-to wardrobe staples). Brands on sale at Saks include Doen, Farm Rio, Ganni, L’Agence, Tom Ford, Valentino and more. The sale runs through Sunday, Oct. 11.

Ulta Beauty has exclusive brands and products you can’t find on Amazon, and this week, you can save 20% off your purchase with promo code SAVE20.
Ulta says the discount code applies to almost everything on the site, including Beyonce’s haircare line, Cécred. You’ll have to create an Ulta profile to use the code (membership is free to join). Promotion ends Oct. 8.
The retailer has promised up to 50% off top electronics, Walmart-exclusive toys, home goods, fashion and more, though a recent check of the site today has turned up discounts of up to 84% online. The best deals to snag from the Walmart sale is on in-house Walmart brands like onn Electronics, plus fashion brands like Scoop, Free Assembly, and celeb-backed collections from Sofia Vergara and Jessica Simpson.
