While the basis of the post is true, there are some inaccuracies to note.
The producer was arrested on February 21, 2024, for child prostitution and child pornography. In initial reports, it was stated that he met a 15-year-old on social media and forced her to send him nude images. This discovery was made during another investigation of child prostitution.
During the investigation, it was found that Ito had corresponded with over 100 people over an 11-year time period, with some indicated as minors, though an exact figure was not given and recorded the sexual experiences.
| NDTVProsecutors requested a six year sentence for 11 cases of child prostitution, 9 cases of photographing sexual poses, 10 cases of producing child pornography, 1 case of non-consensual intercourse involving one case of child prostitution, and possession of five pieces of child pornography.
So while the definitive number of underage victims is unknown, the number of child sexual exploration charges alone justifies the current response.
