On the heels of a celebratory 25th anniversary TV special, The Amazing Race is back for its 39th go-around.

The new season kicks off with a two-night premiere on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 at 9:30 p.m. PT/ET on CBS, available to stream live via DirecTV (with a five-day free trial), Fubo (with a one-day free trial) or Hulu + Live TV. Following premiere week, new 90-minute episodes will be broadcast weekly at 9:30 p.m. PT/ET on Wednesdays, airing directly after Survivor.

Alternatively, new episodes will be available to watch live with a Paramount+ Premium subscription or the following day with Paramount+ Essential, and while the service no longer offers a free trial of its own, Paramount+ Premium is currently complimentary for three months with DirecTV’s Entertainment, Choice or Ultimate Signature packages. Alternatively, the Premier package, DirecTV’s top-tier Signature package, includes Paramount+ Premium at no extra cost as part of its premium channel lineup. These are both on top of DirecTV’s standard five-day free trial.
