About
POV: I Travel Back In Time To Hear X Story refers to a TikTok animation meme in which users insert their OCs (original characters) and various characters, celebrities and public figures, usually depicted crying, into Alight Motion, a motion design app.
The videos are accompanied by the text "POV: I travel back in time to/and hear X story" and an altered version of "Parade" from the animated film Paprika. The trend originates from a video in the aforementioned format, featuring an OC and Rosa Parks, which was posted in February 2026.
