She was able to lose about 85 pounds as a result of the surgery. Osbourne spoke openly and proudly about the surgery, saying, "I will never ever ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done."
During a 2023 episode of the Scheananigans with Scheana Shay podcast, Osbourne admitted that she took her post-pregnancy weight loss journey to lose her baby weight "too far," but that she had stopped.
