Stray Kids’ Bang Chan “Stands Up For” 5th Gen Groups At The “2025 Korea Grand Music Awards”

Stray Kids took home five trophies from the 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards, including “2025 Grand Record” and “2025 Grand Honor’s Choice,” but that’s not the only reason why they’re attracting attention.

Fan cams captured a viral moment between Stray Kids’ leader, Bang Chan, UNIS, and AHOF, a 5th generation boy group that debuted earlier this year. AHOF won the awards for “Rookie of the Year (IS Rookie)” and “Best Dance Performance.”

The video shows multiple groups gathered on the stage for photos. A staff member appears to be asking AHOF to move from the front of the formation to the back, and Bang Chan takes notice.

Bang Chan and Steven are both Australian idols, who have been in the K-Pop industry together for many years.

The two idols couldn’t have looked happier posing together, and fans are falling head over heels for their friendship.

Some fans believe that Bang Chan took action not just for AHOF, but to protect UNIS. The 5th gen girl group members were wearing skirts, and moving to the front of the group might have created an uncomfortable situation for them.
