Rapper Lee Young Ji has become a hot topic online for sharing a photo showing off the beautiful results of her recent cosmetic surgery.

Lee recently took to her Instagram account and posted a photo, wishing her followers a good day. In the picture, she was seen taking a mirror selfie inside a moving car.

This otherwise generic selfie garnered a lot of attention because it marked the rapper’s first full-face, close-up photo since she admitted to going under the knife for an under-eye fat repositioning procedure. Her noticeably brighter eyes and more defined facial features highlighted the procedure’s success.

Lee Young Ji first shared news of getting her eyes done after appearing as a guest at a concert by SEVENTEEN members DK and Seungkwan. At the concert, she delivered a powerful performance of her collaboration with the boy group, “Fighting.” At that time, Lee appeared on stage wearing sunglasses, which was unusual. While standing on stage, the rapper explained that she didn’t mean to disrespect her seniors—she wore the glasses because she was healing from under-eye surgery she had gotten done a few days prior.

She emphasized that this was the only procedure she ever wanted to do on her face and that she thought about it for four years before finally getting the surgery.
