The Los Angeles Rams welcomed Puka Nacua back after their Week 8 bye, but now face the possibility of finishing Week 9 without him.
Nacua is listed as questionable to return to Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints after suffering a chest injury in the third quarter.
The star wide receiver took a hard hit on a jet sweep on fourth-and-1 at the Saints' 4-yard line for a three-yard gain.
Nacua appeared to be in pain as he trotted to the sideline, where he was met by trainers after taking a knee. FOX cameras then caught him walking with a trainer to the locker for an evaluation.
The drive concluded on the next play after quarterback Matthew Stafford found WR Davante Adams for a four-yard touchdown.
At the time of his exit, Nacua, who missed Week 7 with an ankle injury, was in the midst of another sensational game, recording seven catches for 95 and a touchdown following an incredible 39-yard grab.
