NCT DREAM’s Jisung gave fans a scare after unexpectedly suffering a nosebleed during a recent fansign event in China, causing clips and photos to spread rapidly across social media.

During the event, Jisung was interacting with fans as usual when he suddenly paused and touched his nose, noticing blood.

Staff members quickly rushed over with tissues, and Jisung was seen glancing at fans before stepping away briefly to clean up. Jisung returned shortly after, reassuring everyone that he was completely fine.
