Fans online described people fainting around them throughout the night, with some alleging that medical assistance was slow to arrive even as the situation escalated.

yves in london was a joke and i really hope the venue and organizers are fucking ashamed, multiple people passing out, no fans, constantly running out of water, hell even yves literally dripping in sweat and complained abt the heat, just awful

Several attendees noted that Yves herself visibly noticed the conditions — even asking for the music to be paused multiple times before eventually bringing the show to an early end. Videos of this have also gone viral on X (formerly Twitter).
yves literally stopped the performance herself due to fans not getting medical assistance so why did the venue/organisers in london not listen to her? she asked to pause the music multiple times yet nothing was being done.. pic.twitter.com/8sj5bapHBp

After the show, Yves addressed the situation in London directly through the fan communication app.
I had so much fun, but seeing people collapse and others having a hard time made me feel really bad the whole time. I’m sorry I couldn’t give out more water since I didn’t have much on me, and I really hope everyone who felt unwell is okay. I hope everyone gets home safely.
— Yves after her London show

Meanwhile, criticism online has largely been directed at the venue and event organizers rather than Yves, with many fans praising the star for taking action herself. There’s been no official statement from the venue or promoters as of yet.
