MLW Finally Gets Its Tubi Deal (Exclusive)

At long last, MLW (Major League Wrestling) is headed to Tubi under a new deal.

Starting tonight, Thursday, Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. ET, the pro-wrestling promotion’s flagship series MLW Fusion will stream (for free) live on the on-demand/FAST platform. News episodes will premiere each Thursday in the same time slot.

This was actually the deal that was meant to happen five years ago. At the time, however, WWE allegedly pressured Tubi into canceling the deal, leveraging its relationship with Tubi-owner Fox — WWE’s SmackDown aired on the broadcast network back then. The done deal was undone the night before I was set to exclusively report it. WWE and MLW settled out of court, with the former paying the latter $20 million.

MLW has undergone some significant changes since then. For starters, actor Paul Walter Hauser has joined Court Bauer and Bryan Walsh as executive producer; additionally, Major League Wrestling signed with Artists First for representation in March 2025. And in fall 2025, MLW partnered with Danny McBride’s Don Gato Tequila and moved its headquarters from New York to Charleston, South Carolina.

Tubi has 110 million monthly active users.

MLW Fusion was relaunched in May 2026; the company’s pay-per-view events are now distributed by Live Nation’s Veeps. MLW Fusion episodes are also available on Veeps and NJPW World.
