However, this screenshot captures only one moment of the video, which tells a different story.

Dohoon can be seen speaking with the fan no differently than other fans, and the particular screenshot appears to have been pulled from a moment when he was intently listening to her speak.

Fans defended the idol with the full video, calling out the hateful comments directed towards the fan as well.
