9bic is a boy group under WAIWAI inc, and made their debut in 2019.

Several members of the group have since graduated and been replaced with new members, including Taiga Sasaki, who joined in June 2024.

According to media reports, Taiga Sasaki trespassed into the women-only part of a public bath in a hotel and stayed there for ten minutes. The hotel staff called the police after his trespassing was discovered, and the police subsequently arrested him.

The agency released a statement shortly after the news, emphasizing that, due to a confirmed serious compliance violation, Sasaki Taiga was removed from the group and his agency contract was terminated after careful consideration.

The group’s website has already been updated to reflect this, now only featuring the remaining four members.

The group’s performance on November 8th was cancelled, likely due to the sudden change in their lineup; however, their following scheduled performance on November 15 is still confirmed.
