About
Drog, or Wǒ De Dāo Dùn, also known as Cheems Frog or Sword and Shield Doge, is a series of brainrot memes based on an edited Cheems dog / doge image that puts his face on the body of the "It Is Wednesday My Dudes" frog, known as a "drog." In early 2026, the meme saw a surge in virality as it was paired with nonsensical or remix-style meme audios, referencing memes like "What the Dog Doin'," "Pipilabu" or "Bibilabu" and "Baba Booey." The meme is associated with the broader genre of absurdist short-form content circulating on platforms like TikTok and Douyin in the mid-2020s.
As the meme evolved through February and March 2026, it became associated with the Chinese phrase "Wǒ De Dāo Dùn," which translates to "My sword and shield" but phoenetically sounds like "what da dog doin'." Many of the memes using this phrase feature a version of Frog Cheems with a sword and shield.
