Recently, Yunjin sparked attention with comments about body image and body shaming.

Yet, when the messages were shared, they became a target of major criticism.

Some hit back at Yunjin and claimed she was hypocritical, citing plastic surgery allegations, while others thought it was performative and no K-Pop idol should have the right to speak about body image. There was even mention of member Sakura, claiming her views meant Yunjin wasn’t able to speak on the topic.
