Cream Cheese and Jelly On A Roll is a viral video and audio clip of comedian and podcaster Joey Diaz talking to Joe Rogan about how he used to eat cream cheese and jelly on a poppy seed roll for breakfast, talking about how bad it is for the body. In July 2025, an edit of Diaz and Joe discussing the meal was posted to the Rogan Extra's YouTube channel. The edit went viral on TikTok in December of that year as the subject of brainrot edits and memes.
Origin
On July 4th, 2025, YouTuber Rogan Extra's posted a video edit of an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast with Joey Diaz where Diaz talks about how he used to eat cream cheese and jelly on a poppy seed roll for breakfast with a can of Coca Cola. Diaz claims that nobody eats cream cheese and jelly on a roll anymore, with Rogan agreeing and saying that people "know better" now. The video gained over 75,000 views in five months.
On December 15th, TikToker @rswackst posted a brainrot edit of the video where Diaz has lightning bolt eyes and various parts of the clip have been distorted, garnering over 2.3 million views in a week.

The clip continued to spread in December 2025, inspiring further edits and memes.
On December 19th, 2025, TikToker @hoopervalley8 posted a video recreating the edit, garnering over 840,000 views in three days.
