According to multiple accounts circulating online, the session for &TEAM was reportedly strictly no-filming, a rule that already confused some attendees. However, the bigger issue came from how staff allegedly enforced the rule.

Fans claim that it wasn’t just those suspected of filming, even regular attendees were handled roughly. Some said staff grabbed wrists, pushed fans, and even slammed them against doors.

“Guys, don’t try filming during &TEAM’s Hi-Bye session. I saw people being slammed into the glass door right before my eyes. Me and the friend in front of me was so shocked that we almost fainted. As soon as they left the area, we heard a ‘SLAM!!’ and saw the fan being slammed against the glass door… They could’ve just asked them to delete the video, but why are they treating fans like criminals?”

Photos shared online showed visible scratches and redness on fans’ arms, further fueling outrage.

“They asked me to remove the phone that was up my sleeve, so I agreed and did so, but the male security guard grabbed me and dragged me. Of course I know that filming is prohibited, but do you have to go this far? I listened to you and was removing the phone, so I don’t get why I got dragged away. Thanks to you, my arms are all scratched up.”

Even more concerning were allegations of inappropriate physical searches, with some fans claiming that staff conducted excessive body checks.

“They said they would body check me for cameras and they patted me down, even touching my private parts. It made me feel horrible. It’s an event meant to be joyous. This made me question everything.”

This isn’t the first time such concerns have been raised. Netizens pointed out that a few years ago, staff at a similar fan event for the same group were accused of touching fans’ chests and lifting clothing while searching for recording devices, an incident that ultimately led to an official apology.

The situation has since gone viral, with fans calling for better event management and clearer boundaries when it comes to security procedures. While no official statement has been released yet, the controversy continues to grow as more firsthand accounts surface online.
