Remote work is a new frontier for most companies, and they're still figuring out how to use it correctly. For workers, it's a huge boon in terms of flexibility. Without a destination to commute to, you have more of your free time back. While at home, you can look after your pets and do some household chores like laundry without neglecting your work duties. But how far does a fully remote position extend? Does working from anywhere truly mean working from anywhere? What if you picked up and moved across the country? Should your employer allow that? 

The option to work remotely opens up a lot of possibilities for employees, and a lot of avenues of confusion in the process.
