Airplane passenger tries to cut 40 person line, faces payback for disrespectful behavior: 'I told the guy to get to the back'

Being pushy isn't always going to get somebody what they want.

It is common nowadays to tell people to speak up and take up space if they want to get anywhere good in life, and while there is a grain of truth to this advice, it is very much context-dependent. Politely yet firmly asking your manager for a raise when you've exceeded your targets is worlds away from yelling at an underpaid service worker because they forgot to take ice out of your drink. 

There are an unfortunate number of individuals who do not see the difference between these things, or just do not really care about them. No matter what scenario they find themselves in, they feel entitled to a better or easier way out. We have all had the misfortune of encountering these types from time to time, and we are normally left hoping that they experience a taste of their own medicine for once. They can be allowed to get away with far too much my virtue of being loud and annoying. They may not learn that much from being put in their place, but it is a satisfying thing to witness nonetheless. We want to see some justice.
