On November 17, KST, Lee’s agency, Ace Factory, took to their official social media channels to announce that the Manila stop of the actor’s 2025 Lee Jong Suk Asia Fan Meeting Tour ‘WITH: Just Like This! had been called off due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

The event was scheduled for November 30, KST, at the Araneta Coliseum. Given that the cancellation notice came less than two weeks before, that sparked widespread confusion among fans. Lee’s agency stated that the event was canceled due to a “public gathering” scheduled on the same day, out of consideration for the safety of fans, the artist, and the staff members.

Currently, Manila is reportedly witnessing large-scale public protests against alleged corruption in the government’s flood management systems. Lee Jong Suk’s fan meeting cancellation is being speculated to be a precautionary measure amid these demonstrations.

Local fans have reacted to the notice with mixed emotions. Many expressed their disappointment, while also appreciating the considerate action of Lee Jong Suk’s team.
