We would probably all be better off if we didn't attach our self-worth to social media. But that's much easier said than done. Like it or not, we live in a world where social media has so much influence on our personal lives. Even if you're not on it yourself, you feel the way it ricochets through culture. And it might even sneak in and disrupt your personal relationships. You've probably experienced this in one way or another. Maybe you're insecure about your partner's social media habits.
