The defending European champions have their eyes on the biggest prize of them all.

Spain has qualified for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, clinching their qualifying group with an emphatic 4-0 win over Georgia on Saturday.

Playing without Barcelona forward and teen sensation Lamine Yamal, La Roja had little trouble taking care of business in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi thanks to two goals from Real Sociedad forward Mikal Oyarzabal. Barcelona's Fernan Torres and Arsenal midfielder Martín Zubimendi contributed with a goal each.

Spain, ranked as the top team in the world by FIFA, will enter next summer's 48-team tournament as one of the heavy favorites. The team won the 2024 UEFA European Championship (its fourth in history) and will now be looking to add its second ever World Cup title.
